Cancellation Policy

Credit Card Authorization:

I authorize Maine Aesthetic Medicine to keep a current credit card on file. By providing my credit card information below, I authorize Maine Aesthetic Medicine to charge unpaid balances and fees of any kind to this card. I understand that my information may be saved to file for future transactions on my account.

Deposit Disclaimer: 

At the time we schedule your appointment, a deposit of $100+ will be required depending on service chosen. The deposit will be applied to the cost of your treatment. The deposit is non-refundable.


Cancellation Policy:

• 48-Hour Notice Required: To cancel or reschedule without penalty, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice (two business days). This allows us time to offer your appointment time to another patient.

• Late Cancellations (Within 48 Hours): Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged the full service fee.

No-Shows:

• Zero Tolerance: If you miss your appointment without prior notification, the full service fee will be charged.

Emergency Exceptions:

• One-Time Courtesy: We understand emergencies happen. For cancellations within 48 hours due to unforeseen events, please contact us immediately at 207-298-3164. In such cases, the full fee will apply, but we’ll offer a two-week window to rebook your appointment.
